Why Choose Our Team

Our team consists of entirely of veteran, Special Forces Soldiers. Each person wants to ensure that the landowner’s and developers goals align for the long-term use of their land.

Experienced Landmen

Hire land agents that have worked on wind and solar projects through all phases of the life-cycle: development, construction and operations. Drawing on our military experience, we are also able to identify influencers in the target project area and build relationships with those landowners.

Prospecting

Once the project boundaries are created, Liber has the ability to begin telling your story to the landowners. We will explain to them your project plans and ask for their participation. Our team will make sure that every landowner is contacted. We are good at finding people, while respecting landowners privacy and communication preferences.

Execute Leases and Easements

Our in-house land support team then has the ability to take it from there. Our team is able to do title work, to include: pulling vesting documents, researching existing easements, and curing title defects. While we are not lawyers, we pride ourselves on understanding our customer agreements and their intent on how they want to execute the project.
